Director of Outreach
Stephanie Murdoch
In 2011, Stephanie began volunteering at Manna and quickly fell in love with the town of Aliquippa and its people.
Stephanie and her husband, Adam Nahas, are both lifelong residence of Beaver County. They officially joined as members of House of Prayer in 2019.
Stephanie is a graduate of Robert Morris University, where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. She worked in healthcare for nearly 15 years, most recently managing the marketing and admissions department for an organization serving older adults.
In 2022, Stephanie and Adam (along with Winston, the corgi) welcomed their greatest blessing, Oliver. Who has turned their world technicolor.
Together they love to travel, explore new things, enjoy live music, and most of all, spend time with their families.
Stephanie feels extremely fortunate to be able to care for others through Manna Community Meal, Little Free Pantry, and Little Free Food Truck.

Deacon
Amy Kelly
Amy grew up just over the county line in Sewickley, PA. She attended the University of Pittsburgh, studying Architectual Studies, Communications, and Non-Profit Management. While at Pitt, she met her husband, Mike, through a joint chapter event for the service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega. Mike graduated from Carnegie Mellon University and works as a Software Engineer. They have four sons, three cats and a dog. The Kelly family started attending House of Prayer in 2021.
When Amy’s kids were little, she felt a call to help churches be more inclusive of the neurodivergent and disability communities, leading her first to become a certified special education advocate, and then to attending Luther Seminary once her kids were older. She graduated with a MA in Justice and Reconciliation in December 2024, and was called and ordained as a Deacon in March 2025. In her free time, she loves to draw, craft, read, bake and garden.
She and her family are thankful to serve at House of Prayer, Van Kirk, and the larger community.
